How do you pick which artists to feature?

We select artists that are extremely passionate and energized by their work and have been affected by the pandemic. We make sure they are a good fit for our audience by reviewing their past performances, shows and their engagement with the community. We also conduct our due diligence and interview them before featuring them as an artist on Bonfire-Live. 

How will these events be conducted?

  • All of the events will be conducted virtually through ZOOM. Each of the registered participants will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to join the relevant session.

  • The e-mail will contain a unique passcode which you can use to sign into the event.

What do I need at home to join this virtual event?

  • You would need ZOOM installed on any device (Laptop, I-Pad / Tablet, Mobile Device), and a strong internet connection.

  • To see the shows clearly, a Laptop or an I-Pad / Tablet would give you a larger screen size, however some of our attendees still join in from a mobile device without any challenges.

Where can I go to learn more about the artist?

Once you purchase a ticket for an event, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom event details along with pre-show details / reminders. 

How do I tip the artist after a show is over?

During and after each show, we will share the Bonfire's Venmo/PayPal account details so you can tip the artist of the night. All proceeds are shared directly with the artist! 

What is the policy on refunds?

Refunds are not permitted as we want to support our local artists. However, you are welcome to swap your event for another one at no cost with a lead time of at least 10 hours. You can email support@bonfirealive.com to help facilitate the exchange. 

What if I want to conduct a custom-workshop with an artist for a few friends?

Our artists would be more than happy! Please email us at support@bonfirealive.com for any customized shows. 

What percentage of ticket-revenue is shared with artists?

As we built Bonfire-Live to support local artists, they receive 100% of all ticket revenue and tips.
