Once you fill out the application, we will reach back out to confirm your show date/time. Our team will build out the marketing materials and ticketing link, so that you don't need to worry about it! All the materials for the show will be in your inbox one week out from your show.
Dry-Run/Sound Check
We perform a dry-run / soundcheck with all our artists a couple days prior to the show. We'll walk through the tech set-up and make sure you are comfortable with the show structure and brainstorm ways to engage the audience.
Show Time
It's show time - the floor is yours! Your Bonfire Host will be supporting you throughout the show with any tech issues and moderation. You'll have 45-50 minutes for your performance while also engaging with your fans/audience.

How do you make money?
Our mission is to empower local artists by sharing 100% of ticket sales with local artists. We charge a 15% service fee to customers when they are checking out.
What is a virtual Bonfire?
The virtual shows are called "bonfires" where you can interact with your fans/audience in an intimate setting and make lasting memories.
Where are the virtual bonfires hosted?
We use Zoom to host all our virtual bonfires given it's enhanced audio and video capabilities.
How are tickets sent to fans?
When a customer purchases a ticket to a virtual bonfire, they are sent an order confirmation email which includes the zoom link details for the event. Each zoom link can only be used by one device at a time.
Does your team help with production?
Yes! Our event managers/bonfire hosts focus on supporting artists with curating their shows, including sharing best practices and tips/tricks on engaging with your audience. If you have a specific idea and want to brainstorm, please write to us at support@bonfirealive.com!
Do you record the Bonfires?
All the virtual bonfires are recorded and shared with artists after so that they can continue to perfect their craft. The recordings will not be posted online anywhere!
